All orders will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Payment

By clicking on the "Confirm Order” button, you commit to buying the products selected at the prices indicated including all delivery charges.

All online payments are handled by our secure merchant provider Protx or Paypal. All credit card payments are taken through a secure server providing industry standard encryption. When you are on our secure server a padlock will appear, bottom right of your browser. You will receive two confirmations an order confirmation and a payment confirmation.

Delivery

You become the owner of all goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse and paid for in full. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating the estimated delivery time.

U.K.

Goods are dispatched within 48 hours, you will receive another email confirming the shipping method and also the tracking no.

Shipping methods are:
- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
- City Link Courier (UK)

Shipping method depends on size and value of the order.

Worldwide

We ship worldwide (except USA/Canada). The site will calculate the shipping cost. Very occasionally there is a discrepancy in the shipping charge provided by the site, in this case we will contact you to arrange payment. In addition to delivery charges customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may apply.

Shipping methods are:
- Royal Mail Signed for International
- UPS Courier (International)

Shipping method depends on size and value of the order.

Exchange + Refund

If you are not happy with your purchase we can offer an exchange or refund, within 14 days of purchase. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us – please ask for a confirmation of postage certificate at your post office. We regret that shipping costs for returns are non- refundable unless the goods are faulty

Please note we do not offer a refund or exchange on special order items. Inke Vintage Silhouettes and Thomas Paul Pillows are special order and therefore non exchangeable and non refundable, unless faulty.

Privacy

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the personal information that you provide to us only to fulfil orders and to help guide us when designing new products and services. We may contact you with any Supernice offers or events which we think may be of interest to you. When you order a product from us, you will be asked for personal details such as your name, e-mail address, credit or debit card number, start and expiry dates and your telephone number. We may use your telephone number for deliveries but your credit card details are not passed on to us + are dealt with by the secure server protx. Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Information

We do all we can to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. Information such as product measurements and colours in particular may be approximate. All information including prices may be subject to change without notice.

By using this site, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the goods supplied, including copyright, design rights and trademarks belong to Supernice. All designs, text + images of Supernice products provided on the website are protected by copyright and may be reproduced only on websites that provide links to the Supernice.net website and where the material is clearly credited to Supernice; or otherwise only with written permission from Supernice.
